Cola Roast


  • 4-5 Pounds Beef Roast
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 10oz Cola
  • 12oz Chili Suace
  • 2 Teaspoons Texas Pete
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt


Preheat Oven to 325 degrees.
Combine salt, pepper and garlic salt. Rub on all sides of roast. Brown roast in oil on all sides in heavy skillet over medium heat.
Drain off oil. Combine all other ingredients and pour over roast.
Cover and cook at 325 degrees for 3 hours or until tender.
