Sweet Potato Souffle

Sweet Potato Souffle


  • 2lb Sweet Potatoes (Canned or baked)
  • ¾ cup Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1½ Cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon


Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine all ingredients into mix bowl and mix, melt butter before adding.
Pour into 13x9inch baking dish for cook for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
Topping, 1 cup crushed corn flakes, ½ cup nuts, ½ cup sugar, ¾ cup butter. Mix ingredients in a mixing bowl and add to baking dish. Return to oven and cook until golden brown.
