Squash Casserole


  • 3 Cups Cooked Squash
  • 2 Teaspoons Grated Onion
  • ½ cup Melted Butter
  • 1 Cream Of Mushroom Soup (10 ¾ oz. can )
  • 1 cup Grated Sharp Ceddar Cheese
  • ¾ cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt and Pepper


Preheat oven and grease cassrole dish with spray or stick butter.
Chop fresh squash and boil in 2 cups of water until tender. Chciken broth can be used as subsitute. Mash and put squash into mixing bowl.
Add all other ingredients and stir to mix well and ten pour into cassrole dish.
1 cup dry bread crumbs & 2 tablespoons melted margarine'
Spread across cassrole.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
