Smoke Sauce

Smoke Sauce

This sauce goes with any smoked meat. It last for at least 2 months in the frig.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup A-1
  • 1 cup Heinz 57
  • 1 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup Catsup
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Whole Lemons (squeezed)
  • ¼ cup Basil (dried)
  • ¼ cup Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Slat

Optional

  • 1 tablespoon Texas Pete
  • ½ cup Red Wine

Directions

Mix ingredients and simmer for one hour over low heat.
