Ingredients
- 2lb New Potatoes
- 1 large Onion (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
- 2 Tablespoons Rosemary (finely chopped)
- ⅓ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt & Pepper
Directions

| Preheat oven to 350 degrees |

Wash and dry potatoes, cut Potatoes into cubes
|
|
|
| Chop onion and add to mixing bowl along with potatoes. Add spices and oil. Stir coating evenly and add to baking dish. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to top of dish. |
|
|
| Bake until potatoes are tender, stir occassionly to keep from sticking. |
