Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 Medium Potatoes (Baked and removed from skins)
  • 6-8 Green Onions (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Butter (Melted)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except for butter.
Spread mixture in a greased casserole dish; pour butter over top.
Bake at 400° F for 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
