Ingredients

  • 2 Wholes Tomatoes
  • 1 Whole Cucumber
  • ¾ cup Sweet Onion
  • 2 teaspoons Oregano
  • Basil teaspoon 1
  • ¾ cup Feta Cheese
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt & Pepper

Directions

Cut tomatoes into small wedges and place into mixing bowl.
Slice 1/4" thick pieces of cucumber and place into bowl. Slice onion thinly and place into bowl.
Sprinkle with oregano, basil and salt, cover and chill 30 minutes.
Add feta cheese and olive oil, toss lightly and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
