Ingredients
- 16oz Pineapple Tidbits
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Chedder Cheese (grated)
- 1 cup Ritz Crackers
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 1 Stick Butter
Directions

| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
|
|
| Drain pineapple and spray a suitable size baking dish. Add pineapple to dish. |
|
|
| Mix flour, sugar, cheese in a seperate bowl and spread over pineapple. |
|
|
| Crush Ritz crackers and add to dish, spreading evenly. |
|
|
| Melt butter and drizzle over casserole. |
|
|
| Bake for 20 minutes, serves 4 to 6 people, recipe can be doubled. |
