Cheese and Pineapple Casserole


  • 16oz Pineapple Tidbits
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Chedder Cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Ritz Crackers
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 Stick Butter


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain pineapple and spray a suitable size baking dish. Add pineapple to dish.
Mix flour, sugar, cheese in a seperate bowl and spread over pineapple.
Crush Ritz crackers and add to dish, spreading evenly.
Melt butter and drizzle over casserole.
Bake for 20 minutes, serves 4 to 6 people, recipe can be doubled.
