Smoked Ribs And Sauce

Smoked Ribs and Sauce

  • 3 Slabs Babyback Ribs
  • 1 Bottle Italian Dressing
  • 1 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Cup White Wine
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)

Mix ingredients and pour over ribs. I use an extra large resealable plastic bag for this recipe, marinate over night in refrigerator.
Prepare your grill or smoker. Smoke on grill for 4-5 hours. If you don’t have a smoker then grill on indirect heat, keep the temp around 275 degrees if possible. A gas grill can also be used with indirect heat. I use wet hickory on the coals when I first put the ribs own. (Just a hand full, after 4 hours check for dryness. When ribs are done the bones should pull from meat.
For a dipping sauce if you so choose you can strain the marinade into a heavy pot and simmer on low heat for several hours until it is very thick. I like the ribs without sauce, but family members like the sauce.
