Pico De Gallo

  • 6 Medium Tomatoes (Diced)
  • 1 Medium Onion (Diced)
  • 1-2 Whole Serrano chili peppers or Jalapeno
  • ¼ Cup Cilantro (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • ¾ teaspoon Salt and Pepper


Chop or Dice ingredients and add to bowl. Add All other ingredients and mix. Chill for several hours the longer the better.
Salt and Pepper can be adjusted to taste.
