|MUSTARD SAUCE FOR TENDERLOIN |
¾ cup white wine
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1-tablespoon green onions or shallots
½-teaspoon white pepper
A) Boil wine with onions till reduces down to 2 tablespoons. Add cream and simmer until slightly thick, whisk in mustard and pepper, salt to taste.
B) Slice grilled tenderloin and spoon sauce over it.
